The Binnaz Hatun Mosque project in Kayseri is designed as a religious structure in line with contemporary orientations considering the material texture and architectural character of

the region. An unorthodox form and kiblah orientation of the mosque structure, the sheltered but permeable courtyard walls, which conform to the environmental data, and the lean

minaret extending to the sky together with a contemporary composition representing the local architecture are presented.
