The project, located in Karşıyaka, a modern and qualified coastal settlement of İzmir, is a project of reconstructing an old housing structure in line with the urban transformation

orientations according to current needs of contemporary residents, modern construction techniques and fair share decisions. Alternative studies have been developed for the

demands of the users during the project formation phase. In these alternative works, on the one hand, the traditional elements of the traditional Turkish house have been created by

interpreting the architectural style on the other hand a façade character which is arrangement of carcass-gap, is formed in line with the modern techniques and styles.
