The project, located in Kemalpaşa, İzmir, is a project of reconstruction of an old housing structure in line with the urban transformation orientations according to the current needs of

contemporary residents, contemporary construction techniques and fair share decisions. In line with the planning principles, all apartments are directed towards the street and the

side garden with equal opportunities. While daily living spaces are positioned on the street side due to daylight orientation and street relation, a design concept that shapes the

rooms with a more sheltered facade arrangement that takes care of the relations with the neighboring building on the side facades is presented.
