The historical building in Galata has been restored and transformed into a boutique hotel in accordance with the current restoration methods and the requirements of modern life.

The historical texture of the building was laid out in an architectural language by revealing the layers of the brick walls or the layers of paint that had changed over time. All possible

historical building elements, such as wooden parquet and ceiling tiles, wooden doors, staircases, bearing walls, niches and traditional structures are preserved. In addition, the

damaged areas were reinforced with modern steel reinforcements. In accordance with the current requirements, vertical circulation, heating, cooling, electrical systems have been

renovated and the damaged building has been transformed into a comfortable boutique hotel structure that has experienced the history of the city.
