The building, which is designed as the district service building of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, is located in Patnos district of Ağrı. When it is considered as public

and office structure, it is designed with respect to the needs of both the employees and the daily visitors, and keeping the functionality in the forefront.

The building has been designed with an atrium in the center and a roof with a skylight in the building in order to provide an equal level of illumination throughout the building and

office units. It is aimed to reach more light interior with thinned roof. A significant part of the lighting needs of the building, which will be in service during the day, is provided with

natural light. Circulation and office units are also positioned around this gallery space.
