The project site which is located in Yeşilköy, one of the most modern districts of Istanbul, is a project of reconstructing an old residential structure according to the urban

transformation orientations that are parallel to current needs of contemporary residents, contemporary construction techniques and fair share decisions. According to the planning

principles, all apartments are directed towards the street and the side garden with equal opportunities. The living room, which is located on the street side, is formed with a

transparent façade with balconies and at the other side a more sheltered facade arrangement with respect to the neighboring building in a modern facade.
